The Story Behind Hatlet Ventures
It started with a simple question: "Why is finance so confusing?"
Sri Balaji saw friends and family losing money because nobody explained investing in simple terms. Banks were pushing products. Agents were commission-focused. Nobody was really helping people.
So he started Hatlet Ventures with one mission: Make finance simple, honest, and accessible to every Indian family.
Today, we have helped 500+ families across Tamil Nadu take control of their financial future. And we are just getting started.

Sri Balaji grew up in Tamil Nadu and saw firsthand how financial illiteracy affected families. People worked hard but never built wealth because they didn't know how money worked.
After years of working in the financial industry, he realized that most advisors talked in complex language that confused clients. He decided to change that.
He founded Hatlet Ventures to be the financial guide he wished he had when he started. Someone who explains things simply, recommends honestly, and genuinely cares about the outcome.

Firm officially registered on 23 June 2020. First clients onboarded. AMFI ARN and IRDAI licence secured.

Stock Market Training Launched
Started batch training for beginners. 50+ students in first batch. All still investing today.
